In an effort to guarantee the lowest possible mortgage rates, 1st Utah Mortgage offers the "Beat the Bank Guarantee." This offer is exclusive to loans over $100,000 and includes both purchases and refinances.

The guarantee is that 1st Utah Mortgage will offer the lowest rates/fees or you will receive $100.00 from 1st Utah Mortgage.

To be eligible for the $100 guarantee, you must present 1st Utah Mortgage with a copy of a Good Faith Estimate from a verified Utah Bank. If 1st Utah Mortgage is not able to beat the price the on the competing Good Faith Estimate, 1st Utah Mortgage will pay you $100 after the loan closes and verification of the loan's actual rate/fees (in the form of official closing documents from the title company) are higher than rate/fees quoted by 1st Utah Mortgage. 1st Utah Mortgage reserves the right to change or discontinue this offer at any time.
